Dr. Annu Navani serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Le Reve Wellnes, where she leads advanced regenerative and longevity medicine programs integrating precision medicine, cellular regeneration, and age-optimization science. A board-certified specialist in Pain and Regenerative Medicine, she is recognized for pioneering innovative, evidence-based therapies that enhance healthspan and functional longevity. She is the Founder of the World Institute of Regenerative Medicine (WIRM), a global platform uniting clinicians, scientists, and innovators to advance regenerative and longevity medicine. Dr. Navani also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Boomerang Health Care, a multidisciplinary specialty network delivering interventional, surgical, and rehabilitative care.
In academia, Dr. Navani has served for over two decades as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford University, where she has contributed to research and education in cutting-edge therapeutic innovations. She completed her Anesthesiology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of California, Davis. She is triple board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine (American Board of Anesthesiology), Interventional Pain (American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians), Regenerative Medicine (American Board of Regenerative Medicine), and Semnur Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Navani serves on the Editorial Board of Pain Physician Journal and the Boards of several professional organizations including the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Latin American Pain Society, and California Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Her work has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Outstanding Achievement Award from the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, and the Post Graduate Assembly in Anesthesiology.
A prolific author and thought leader, Dr. Navani has published extensively in the fields of interventional spine, pain, and regenerative medicine, contributing to peer-reviewed journals, editorials, and book chapters. Her book, “Essentials of Regenerative Medicine,” is the first comprehensive text illustrating advanced biologic techniques for spine and musculoskeletal conditions. She has also co-authored several national clinical guidelines, including those on opioid management, interventional spine procedures, and the first-ever guidelines for the safe and effective use of biologics in the lumbar spine.
